Please note that once your order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled or rerouted due to the perishable nature of our products.

All our products are carefully packed in insulated boxes with ice packs or dry ice to maintain freshness during transit. We ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, ready to enjoy.
Our products are shipped fresh and should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. For optimal freshness, we recommend consuming your order within 3-5 days or freezing it for longer storage.

If your product spoils or shows signs of quality issues (e.g., unusual odor, discoloration), contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos and details of the issue. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, issue a refund or replacement.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been delivered in good condition. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll work to resolve it.
Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
